Good food. Excellent chicken

It's very quick service but the food is just extremely greasy. I understand that it is fried chicken, however there should not be grease literally dripping from each piece of chicken and fries

They have good chicken strips. The fried pickles are good. I miss their old bbq sauce. Good customer service.

We love Chicken Express, but this was our first time to visit this one. The chicken had a weird texture and wasn't very crispy, so assuming that it wasn't fresh. It was also hot inside and the drink station area was messy. Just not a great experience.

Staff is always super friendly and the chicken is amazing. Try the corn nuggets!

Someone ( a young girl who worked there)told me this was good and that they used quality food stuff ,also said the owners were Christians, she said it was pricey to her but people like it, well I was out late and decided to try with my son, usually go to chic fillet on these days! Whew doggy that was a bad idea! Now I try not to but I am judgemental! If you go somewhere and people act weird and look unclean and you get that feeling of middle school kids messing around doing stuff they shouldn't be, well just walk away! This was some of the worst food I have eaten at this point and. I am shocked that they even have a business,now I find no pleasure in leaving this review but really, I was shocked and felt I should be paid to eat it! sorry, no thank you!

I had the fried fish and it was wonderful I'm ready to have some more and had a nice experience everyone was very nice I love it and I will go back

Good food. But EXTREMELY slow drive through service. Be prepared to sit in the drive through at least 30 minutes, possibly longer if you have cars ahead of you.

First time going here the staff was great, but I wasn't thrilled with the food.

The food is always fresh and the staff are always very friendly. The overall environment is very welcoming. I highly recommend this location.

Use to love eating here the last time I was there was not satisfied at all chicken was raw fries cold had I not been going out of town would've brought it back

The place is great, I always get decent food, and the young woman that waited on me was fantastic. I love chicken express, because you can get items like deep fried chicken livers and gizzards, and you just can't get that at any other fast food places that I am aware of, so kudos to chicken express..

Good food, good service and fair prices. Parking is great and I love the bible verse on the bottom of your receipts.

Everything was over cooked and over priced. Fish, Okra, greenbeans and hush puppies all over cooked and hard, the hush puppies even tasted like burnt oil. Sweet tea is really weak and over sweet. Staff is very unfriendly and short with customers, got our drinks with spill down the side and as I was asking for napkins she closed the window and walked off. Some people will eat anything though because they can't cook and have never had a good meal, country cooking my ***.

I’ve never been to a better place in my life. this is the best fast food place I’ve ever been to in a long time. The chicken was amazing the sweet tea was fresh and amazing and the customer service was outstanding quality. Definitely recommend to all family and friends

Ordered chicken tenders and half of them were cold as if sitting there for awhile and the other half was fresh.... Amazing sweet tea made up for it though! Lol

It's hard to feed a family here on a budget if they like different items. Their tenders are really great but none of us liked the mixed boxes at all. As matter of fact, we didn't feel well after eating it. However, the sides are always great. The spicy seasoned salt is AWESOME and the sweet tea is 💯💯💯So, I would recommend the tenders, Cole slaw, rolls, pickles, and tea. They're also generous with sauces which is pretty important to me 😋.

Driving to Texas from Ohio. I love this place. I am glad they was still open when we got to Benton.

Good had a great taste. The employees were friendly. What impressed me more than anything was the restaurant was very clean. Even though the restaurant was clean, the employees started cleaning again. Definitely worth a visit.

Pretty good place would recommend be wary though during busy hours it can be slow but it's worth the wait

My go to place when I want chicken tenders. Big and juicy chicken with a nice crunchy coating. They give you a cup of white gravy for dunking too. The rolls are nice and buttery.

Slow service in drive thru and they always seem to substitute chicken pieces. Kids love the corn nuggets and i like the gravy.

Love Chicken Express! Truly a gem in Benton! One of the cleanest and friendliest places around! GREAT food... From their chicken strips, or fried chicken to their catfish... They are hard to beat! Also love the great atmosphere! Not too loud, but you can catch some TV on one of several available for watching. Also appreciate the Christian business! You'll find a Bible verse on your receipt!

Solid customer service, very friendly! It's a casual atmosphere, and they have cheaper foods. I just got a snack plate with a single piece and it filled me up. Probably because it comes with a side, a Roll or a biscuit, AND a cookie. Try the Rolls!!! They will surprise you with how awesome they are! Not the best place to go if you're trying to watch the carb intake...then again, if you're aiming to eat healthy, fast food chicken is probably not for you, no matter where you go

Always great fish!! You get the whole fillet not a half most fish places try to give you and they know how to cook it. Friendly staff!

This is the second time in the past few months that I haven't received my mash potatoes that I paid extra for. This is at the Benton, Ark location. Please pay attention better

Chicken livers are awesome!!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered the 25 tenders family meal. They had very friendly service and when I had questions, the manager came to the window and answered every question with a smile. It wasn't the fastest, but everything else was definitely at or above par. The food was very good and the yeast rolls are world class! It wasn't cheap either but all and all it was well worth it! I'll be back there for sure!

The food was so fresh and delicious!! If you like good country chicken with great sides like mashed potatoes and gravy served with wonderful hot rolls and a great big sweet tea, then Chicken Express is a must!!!
